Processing Pool Team Operatives
Cairndow, Argyll Salary: £12,051.92 - £13,237.23 based on 30 hours
We are currently recruiting Operatives for our Processing
Plant at Cairndow, Argyll. Duties will involve working in
various areas as required, including gutting, hygiene and
production support. Previous experience in a fresh product
environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will
be given.
Due to the nature of the business, all applicants must be
flexible in their roles and working hours in order to meet our
production targets. Successful applicants will be required to
have a good standard of fitness in order to meet the physical
demands of the role, which entails a substantial element of
manual handling, be hardworking and co-operative in their
attitude. As well as having a sound understanding of the
importance of food hygiene applicants must have excellent
time keeping and be able to work effectively in teams.

FACILITATOR
to produce a Project Development Brief for a
heritage trail in and around the area of Benmore
and Kilmun Community Development Trust.
The resulting option appraisal should provide costings and
a timeline for developing two historical and environmental
trails which bring better cohesion to the villages and develop
the area in order to provide local employment and learning
opportunities.
The feasibility study will triangulate views obtained from
community consultation, which will be combined with focus
group/community group statements.
Included will be suggestions for community involvement in
the larger project; project costs and a funding strategy
Budget: Ten days work of a facilitator @£250 per day.

Assistant Required
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced
Personal Assistant/Support Worker for an elderly lady who is
currently a resident in a local Care Home in Dunoon. Ideally,
the successful candidate will be a more mature person who
has experience in working with individuals who have Mental
Health issues as well as the challenges associated with
Dementia. An interest and a knowledge of nature, poetry
and climbing/hill walking would be an advantage.
This would be a part-time position and would entail meeting
with our client and taking her out for a couple of hours
three or four times per week (approx. two hours each time).
The successful candidate will have a clean current driving
licence and their own transport. Applicants will require a
full PVG and references will be sought. Hourly rate/s will
be dependent upon experience, qualifications, personal
qualities and will be negotiated on an individual basis.
