DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE

(VARIOUS STREETS, DUNOON)

(TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) AND (AMENDMENT) ORDER 201_

Following the refurbishment of the Queens Hall and the realignment of the A815

Alexandra Parade and Argyll Street in Dunoon, Argyll and Bute Council proposes to

make new and amend existing Traffic Regulation Orders to accommodate the changes.

The proposed new and amended restrictions include the following:-

1. No waiting/no loading at any time on sections of Argyll Street, Alexandra Parade

(A815), Kirk Brae and Pier Esplanade;

2. No waiting/no loading at any time, except taxis on a section of Pier Esplanade;

3. Loading Bay on a section of Kirk Brae;

4. Bus stop clearway, no stopping except local buses 7am-7pm on a section of Argyll

Street and Pier Esplanade;

5. Bus stand, no stopping except buses, 8am-8pm on Alexandra Parade;

6. Disabled Persons’ Vehicles Designated Parking Places on a section of Argyll Street.

Traffic Regulation Order can be inspected by logging onto the Council’s website at
