With the sale of the 226 acre Castle Toward estate ‘progressing’ questions are being asked about the path through the estate, which has been used for many years by both pedestrians and horse riders, such as ‘is it a right of way?’ and ‘will it still be accessible to the public after the estate is sold?’.
