THERE were few stern looks last Tuesday as the combined P6/7 class at Innellan Primary School near Dunoon really pushed the boat out on a nautical adventure.
The pupils were invited on board the Maersk Line container boats in Loch Striven by the producers of the CBBC series Mission 2110, which is currently filming aboard the laid-up container ships.

They were met ashore by Stephen Burt of CBBC, who arranged for them to be ferried out to the six vessels.

The Captain welcomed them aboard and told them about the ships. They toured the bridge and accommodation areas, saw the infirmary and the fire safety unit before being taken to the massive engine room where Stewart the engineer showed them round.
The CBBC film crew was set up in the gigantic hold. The children could see the cameras and lights and all the participants of the new show.
