ANDREW Charles Richardson, 18, of Dunoon appeared in private at Greenock Sheriff Court yesterday (April 9) before Sheriff Tom Ward, charged with wilful fireraising.

A dangerous learner driver has been banned and fined more than £1,000 for a risky manoeuvre at the Rest in July last year – in which he overtook four cars and passed through a red light at roadworks, before lying to the police.
