Nine-year-old Max, a springer spaniel, took the title in the annual Vets Now Referrals Bravest Pet Awards.
Max was treated at the state-of-the-art Vets Now referrals hospital in Charing Cross, Glasgow, following a referral from Catriona McIntyre at Cowal and Bute Vets, having suffered two consecutive severe illnesses this year.
