It's great to see Argyll and Bute Council reacting swiftly and positively to the problems at Castle Toward.
There may be a new stooshie, however, when it goes up for sale and the property developers start gathering like vultures.
It would make a lovely block of flats – and all that ground for building new semis on...
What do you think?
Should Actual Reality be offered favourable terms?
Or, as an Argyll and Bute council tax payer, would you expect the council to get every penny they can for the building?
Maybe Glasgow City Council should buy it and lease it back to Actual Reality? After all, it is mostly Glasgow kids who use the facility.
Have your say here…

The fact is that if Argyll & Bute Council look to make profit from the sale of Castle Toward, there will be a moral judgement cast.
Considering the history and how they came by the site the fact is that anything short of just recouping their costs of the last 14 years, will seem somewhat unfair.
Actual Reality are a 'not-for-profit' organisation serving 'underprivleged kids' due to the council's lethargy, not only has it not been able to seek charitable status, it has also had to put up with a plethara of poor council decisions.
Any developer would do well to take note that the site carries a Historic Scotland classification and that any development would not only have to be symapthtic, but would also be a costly exercise.
This issue will be under constant scrutiny, and there is only one worthwhile outcome, that of common sense.
