Cllr Simon has put the cat among the pigeons with his call to demolish Finbracken in Sandbank.
Where would the residents go?
ACHA say that there is no major issue with dampness, while residents say there is.
Who is right?

Well done Cllr Simon - it is about time this rabbit warren was demolished and replaced with housing fit for humans.
It has long been proved that we respect each other and behave with more social grace and responsibility when housed in separate or semi-detached buildings with some garden space we can call our own.
Finbracken is akin to a prison block, and I can imagine how dispiriting it must be to live there.
Bring it down, and replace it with accomodation fit for respectable people.
This is Sandbank's version of Barlinnie, and it does nothing for the appeal of the village.

No one should be forced to live in the conditions as described in this article. It sounds like pure hell. The residents deserve better than that.
Maybe some of the folk making these decisions should be invited to spend a night or two in one of these flats.
